What is order processing Time?

Usually all orders received with payment receipt before 2:00 PM  are processed same working day. While all orders received with payment receipt after 2:00 PM are processed next working day.

 

Can I purchase one item at retail price?

No. We are wholesaler and sells strictly to retailers.

 What is personal vaporizor (e-cigarette)?

 A vapor cigarette (or e-cigarette or e-cig) is an electronic device that simulates the act of tobacco smoking. The device uses heat to vaporize a liquid solution into an inhalable aerosol mist. This mist is comparable to traditional tobacco smoke – similar appearance, sensation, flavor, nicotine content – but contains no tar and produces no smoke, ash or odor.

 

What is delivery time?

All orders are delivered through DPD next day delivery. However on some occasions, orders may get delayed in transit. We provides tracking number with each order.

 

What are electronic cigarettes?

 Electronic cigarettes are battery operated devices that vaporize e-liquid. Eliquid is a solution of water, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and flavouring. Propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are both used in pharmaceuticals and foods. The flavourings used are also found in foods such as cakes, cookies and puddings to name a few.

What is a kit?

A kit contains everything you'll need to start vaping. A kit includes rechargeable batteries, cartridges or clearomizers (holds the eliquid), a charger for your batteries, an atomizer (this vaporizes the eliquid) and a set of instructions. After some time you will need to purchase new batteries, atomizers, cartridges or clearomizers. They are easily replaceable.

 

Is that real smoke?

 No. It’s mostly water vapor that evaporates into air within seconds and leaves a non offensive odor.

 

What is nicotine?

Nicotine is an organic compound found in certain plants, predominantly tobacco. It can also be found in lower quantities in tomatos, potatoes, eggplants, cauliflower, green peppers and in some teas. When absorbed in small amounts, nicotine can heighten alertness and/or instill a feeling of calm and relaxation. The effects of nicotine can last from minutes to hours, and can be habit-forming.

We have an in-store 30 day warranty for manufacture defects. If your having troubles bring in your device or give us a call with your receipt and we will do our best t take care of you.
