Q: How long does it take to deliver and what delivery services do you use?
A: Our production lead time depends on the order size and it would vary from 1 to 5 days for standard size orders up to 100,000 bottles and 50,000 kits. The delivery time is in general 3 days for the majority of the countries globally. We use RoyalMail , UPS, TNT, FedEx and DHL etc to ship our products as they are the most efficient and safest ways. Under request we also work with customer appointed agents on the delivery of the parcels.
Q: Do you sell to individual consumers directly?
A: Yes. We are a Distributor selling to businesses and normal orders . We have retail stores selling our products across the UK, so you can buy from one within your City on online via our website .
Q: Do your products comply with UK government regulations?
A: Yes. We understand different governments have different requirements on the products. In all countries we are selling, we know exactly what the requirements are and we provide you with the products that comply with the laws and regulations of UK.
Q: Is Hangsen E-liquid safe?
A: Hangsen products have been tested thoroughly and are certificated by numerous internationally recognized regulatory bodies and safety organizations, including European TUV, CE and RoHS.
Q: Does it taste like tobacco cigarettes?
A: Yes, it does. The taste of Hangsen E-liquid resembles tobacco cigarettes, but it is smoother and cleaner as the liquid is extracted from tobacco and purified.
Q: Does Hangsen supply nicotine contained products?
A: We supply both nicotine containing and nicotine free products. The highest nicotine strength of liquid and cartridges we supply is 24mg.
