Our Production Facilities

Our products are produced in the most clear production environment with the most advanced machineries in the industry. We have over 100,000 square feet of extraction factory to filter out toxic ingredients and extract effective ingredients from tobacco leaves, and 40,000 square feet of processing factory to produce liquid from the ingredients.

Technology is a key element to our great quality. We have the entire production process strictly controlled by our in-house software system, from tobacco sourcing, to extraction, and to mixing. Huge investment on production facilities have been made to guarantee the safety and quality of the e-liquids, including 100,000 graded dust free clean workshop, automatic production streamline and so on.

With the advanced facilities and scale, we produce 2 million pieces of bottled E-liquid and 500,000 sets of electronic cigarettes per month. In the future, Hangsen will serve global clients with new products and higher capacity.
